i got may orcr yesterday kung di pa ko tumawag sa cs di ko pa malalaman na ready na..tsk.. my SA walang alam at wlang pakialam f** everytime i follow up ko sa kanya kundi seenzoned, ang isasagot may tatawag po sa inyo pag meron na f**. 2 weeks na sa kanila di man lang icheck sa admin nila tsk tsk..
Eto pa i got my unit july 31 the or dated oct 23 cr oct 30. matgal daw mag release ang LTO o delayed nila ni register?
tapos nakalagay sa or "no plate available" ganun din po ba sa or nyo? thanks sa sasagot..

i thought buying brandnew would mean less hassle.. inefficient agents are pain in my bangs!lol plus those LTO memos

hi ianne... may i know saan dealer mo at sino SA para we can warn other future buyers

experience ko naman is different.. we bought our CITY last August from Honda Greenhills. nun una very disappointed ako sa kanila since they gave me a display car tapos pinalabas nila na galing pang warehouse yun. di nila alam na we have photos to prove it.. good thing about them they compensate it with free PMS sa 10K namin.. even now kahit direct na ako nakikipag coordinate sa sales manager nila.. yung SA namin still update us. last month he gave us our OR/CR tapos just yesterday he already informed us na meron na daw kaming New Plates

nakulitan na siguro sa kaka-follow up ko.

if i were you, inform mo sa Sales Manager about the attitude ng SA mo tapos if the Sales Manager or the Branch Manager of the Dealer is still not doing anything, mag iba ka nalang dealer.. para marealize nila na mwawalan sila ng customer because of their after-sale management. hope this helps.

Nung nag1k pms ako nabanggit ko yung moist sa headlights. Sabi ng SA may goma lang daw aayusin dun. Hindi pa umuulan ulit kaya hindi ko pa alam kung ok na.

Question lang, ok lang ba magpa-sked na ng PMS 2 days before mag-1 month yung auto and a little under 950km yung mileage? Baka hindi na kasi masingit sa ibang araw. Busy na.

Matunog ba yung brake nyo pag nire-release nyo after full stop?

sir di ko rin po alam bakit hindi naging compatible sa kanya, nagemail rin ako para sabihin na magsend ng email ng picture pero di parin angreresbak hanggang ngayon. may customer kasi kaming V na yan ang kumasya, better send us a picture of your key fob to be sure
