i wonder kung pagaganahin yung trunk opener with this kind of key.. parang risky when it open (may mechanism bang added to push it up?).... or should i say nonesense ito kasi when we unlock the doors sabay naman mag-unlock yung likod for jazz.
eh kung yung code alarm for 1.3 bilin ko... 1.5 unit ako db? ganun din ba ang features ng pang 1.3 na code alarm. TIA

imho, this kind of alarm would cost the same outside the casa, so by all means, its worth it. hindi pa mawawala warranty mo. wala pang nakalungayngay na separate remote sa bulsa mo if ever.
but if you would want something simplier, you can get something outside of the casa for as low as 1,900. hindi nga lang integrated yung controls sa key.
the problem with this type is if you lost or destroyed the key, kasama na din yung alarm mo.
its all on you bro... i have already stated the pros and cons of it.

grabe naman sa HQA quote nila for my security upgrade (keyless entry etc) is P7,500 for an old City. Mas mahal pa. Nung itanong ko ang difference sa existing alarm e may shock at immobilizer na daw.
Yung me shock-key less-immobilizer nakuha ko dito sa tsikot e 2,200 lang home install pa para sa Mazda ko.
Parang hi-way robbery sa CASA.

June 30th, 2009 07:08 PM #25I've decided to go ahead and get the casa alarm for 7k. I was told by the SA that it has shock protection. I really just wanted the integrated key alarm and didn't want to void the warranty. Next up... RIMS!
Thank you for the replies!

hinay hinay lang, try mo sa iba kung magkano, baka may mas-mura pang casa na nagooffer with the same item for a lower price. peace of advice lang. ;)

*jayeatworld, tama sa kideex.. hehehe.. hinay hinay lang.. you can save a few bucks to buy other accessories...
I only bought electrical stuffs from CASA(alarm at backup sensor), yung iba sa labas na.. yoko lang ma void ung electrical warranty... nga pala hinde kasama ung trunk opener na button...

June 30th, 2009 08:17 PM #29same lang yun sa ordinary key ng honda.. integrated na kasi... so yung lock at unlock lang.. parang meron isang tsikoteers na nakausap ko.. nadugas ata siya ng pasig.. sabi honda approved alarm daw kaso may isa pa siyang remote.. which is hassle...
