accord or SIR?

mga ser makapag tanong lang po, kelan po ba lumabas yung SIR body ng civic? 98' po ba meron na? Kasi a friend of mine is selling his 98 civic with a B16A-EG engine transplant + other mods for 300K ... From the looks of the car its an SIR up to lights, it just bugs me if sulit yung price since a 2nd hand 99' civic sir sells at 300k and up...kso 98 sya?
