    RS CVT.
Yep, will do the same next week 1st pms. Hope it's nothing to worry about.

I am not an expert but I too believe it is the brake. Wala kasi quirk sound kapag naka inclined, tapak sa brake pedal at full stop, neutral then release. It only happens when engage in R D S and L. So parang pinupush na nung engine ang sasakyan para mag move then the quirk sound happens pag nag disengage na brake components i think due to friction. But then again the expert mechanic should know better.

If sound is due to friction between rotors & pads, then it's fine.

Just got it check in honda greenhills, tama ka sa hula mo dito boss. Since bago pa daw unit the sound came from rotors and brake pads. It will go away din daw, just give it a year or more. He even said "ma mimiss mo din yan sir pag nawala na". [emoji58]

Sounds like its coming from the brakes.

Honda’s small cars use the L engines. The Brio uses the L12 engine which produces less power and torque than the 2009-2014 City/Jazz 1.3L. The good thing about the L engines is that they use the same filters, plugs, fluids, etc.

Okay din bumili ng mineral oil, oil filter, at spark plugs sa Honda parts counter tapos pagawa sa labas.

Brake fluid pang flush and fill puwede sa labas since standard naman.

Blue coolant pang top off, puwede bumili sa Mitsubishi parts counter. 1k Php per 4L pack ng blue coolant (Japan made).

Corolla at Innova nga namin naka red coolant. Ang Lancer EX dating green coolant, ni flush out at ni migrate sa Toyota red coolant hehe.

Bale 2 types of coolant ang naka stock sa bahay ngayon.

    Salamat sa correction.

but as we're already into coolants,
puede bang i-dagdag yung pink ultra-long life coolant, into my car's red toyota coolant?

Okay good to know that so definitely no problem with the basic parts if they uses the same. Thanks

    As far as I know:

    Honda
    1) Long life type-1 green coolant 1L bottle pre-mixed (OE ng honda bikes/motorcycles)
    2) Super long life type-2 blue coolant antifreeze 1L bottle pre-mixed (OE ng 4 wheels)

    Isuzu
Long life green coolant 1L bottle pre-mixed

    Mitsubishi
Super long life blue coolant antifreeze antirust 4L bottle pre-mixed

    Suzuki
Long life coolant 1L bottle pre-mixed (dko alam ang kulay)

    Toyota
    1) Long life red coolant 1L bottle concentrate;
    2) Super long life pink coolant antifreeze antirust 2L bottle pre-mixed

    Anong coolant ng Hyundai?
Tried to get 1 for my sister's tucson, eco cool green ang meron sa casa. sa ibang hyundai branch red ang coolant ibang brand naman.

I wonder how quick and how fast that small car with a small engine can go. It’s fun to drive a slow car really fast. Hehehe

If M/T yung kinuha niya, possible around 10 seconds yung 0 to 100.

Top speed naman kung mag isa lang siya, i would say around 140 to 150? Anything higher than that mejo unstable na yung sasakyan.

That’s too much to ask for an engine rated below 90hp. Some foreign sites state 14+ seconds for the MT model and 15+ seconds for the CVT.

Tried with gen2 m/t at 140, its quick but not as quick as the Spin 1.3 crdi-anemic sa simula but once the turbo kick-in kaya makipagsabayan sa PPVs. FC long drive averaged 16kpl. Haven't tried eco driving but(eco light activates arnd 2krpm/70-80kph) for max fc(claimed 25kpL). I guess this would result differently with Gen1 using the 1.3 engine and a heavier body.

    Ah 1.2L pala.

Akala ko kasi yung 1.5L earthdreams ang engine. Hehe my bad.

A Brio with Honda’s 3-cylinder 1.0L turbo gas engine (120hp/170Nm or 130hp/200Nm) would be one fun car to drive. Hehehehe
