Of course, those who drive the Mazda 6 belong to the younger generation! Or at the very least, those that are "feeling young".

those older folks have gone the rounds of car ownership, and have concluded that the camry is a very good car.
also, they have the money to buy one.

the younger ones have not yet gone to the same conclusion, and they have not the simoleons to get one, yet.

    heh heh.

Even if I’m a lot older, like in my 60s, I don’t see myself buying a Camry despite it being a very good car unless it is a company car or something for free. If I have the money, I’d get a Lexus ES350 at least or if there’s a lot more money, either a 5-series or an E-class or an A7.

Yes, that is why the kids are always left with me. My relatives and friends are more than happy to have their kids with me as they love playing with me. I don't mind giving them a piggy back and run around chasing them.

I even watch cartoons with them! [emoji3]

    Hi fellow Honda enthusiasts.

Here’s my honest review of the Accord X. Perspective and observation of owning this car for 6 months:

Suprisingly, this car is fast and very fun to drive lalo na pag naka Sport mode. Drove this car up to Baguio with 4 passengers, walang kahirap-hirap. Sa 6 months, wala rin naman ako napansin na problema on oil dilution but LB15BG / L15B7 engine requires on the dot oil change para maiwasan yun at dapat talaga fully synthetic.

2/ Fuel consumption: This is by far the most fuel-efficient midsize sedan na-drive ko siguro. City nakaka 8km/L ako while kaya naman 17-19km/L sa highway. Full tank nasa 2,500 pesos since malaki tank niya.

3/ Ride quality: It’s an Accord.

4/ Overall the car is fun to drive. But for its price, sana man lang may sunroof diba? Ang nakikita ko lang na downside ng Accord na ‘to is konti lang nakikita ko sa kalsada kaya in terms of parts availability baka kaunti lang rin. Happy ako as an owner and I want to keep the car long-term. I’m a huge fan of Honda’s NA engines so the turbocharged ones has to prove a lot pa.

If you plan to have this car, go for it. Kotse to ni Jesus so siya mismo mare-recommend to. Hahaha joke. [emoji3]

Thank you for review. Do you think it is as punchy as the civic rs?

    Nice car!

Higher power and torque yung tune ng Accord 1.5T compared sa Civic RS. Like you get 10% more power and 20% more torque.

Sayang at di available locally yung Accord 2.0T.

Sana HCPI will bring the larger engined Accord. A great replacement for their old 3.5L Accord.
yung Accord 2.0T is same lang engine sa Civic Type R? or detuned version?

They say it is derived from the Civic Type R engine but it is not the same. I think both engines are based off the K20.

Honda 2.T K2C1/K2C4 Turbo Engine Specs, Info, Civic Type-R engine

Even with the old K24 NA engine (180hp/240Nm), it was good enough for 8th and 9th gen Accords. It can go quicker than compacts and CUVs.

Honda Accord quietly dropped from PH lineup | Autoindustriya

Speaking with an anonymous source, they told us that the removal of the Accord coincided with the company's plan to simplify its lineup.
