July 15th, 2017 07:52 AM #44Looks good. Though sadly the mid size sedan here in the philippines is slowly fading away.

I'll be happy to take home the 1.5L Turbo model (192hp/260Nm). However, that 2.0L Turbo model (252hp/370Nm) with 10-speed AT looks to be quick with its peak torque available between 1500 to 4000 rpm.
By the way, no more tranny lever? I see only buttons for the gear selector and paddle shifters on the steering wheel.

and the accords small turbo with cvt cannot beat the camry's dynamic force and direct shift tech fuel consumption wise. infact the camry has better fc than its current gen compact sister the corolla.
some reviews say:
unibrow
steering is subpar
not so plush suspension

I would gladly trade-in my Fiesta to bring home a new Accord. There is just a good balance of sportiness and elegance with an Accord.

Based on the test conducted by Motortrend, the new Accord with 2.0T paired with 10-speed AT tranny is as quick as the Civic Type R to 60mph and the current gen Accord 3.5L V6. On the good side, fuel efficiency is better with the new 2.0T compared to the old 3.5L V6.
6MT tranny is available in the US for both 1.5T and 2.0T engines. The 6MT tranny on the 2.0T model is shared with the Civic Type R while for the 1.5T, it is the same 6MT as the Civic Si.
