^afaik you can't scratch proof your paint. maybe those hairline scratches came from passengers who open the doors?

Yep that is always the cause nung mga scratches na yun. The question is, how do we prevent this from happening without using those, for lack of a better adjective, ugly chrome accessories.

Meron samin yung parang transparent na skin na inaapply dun sa door bowl area, although medyo mahirap ikabit kasi curved surface siya kung ok lang sa inyo kahit di sobrang pulido pwede yun nalang ang gamitin niyo.

Gamit ko yung meguiar's glass cleaner. Nilalagyan ko yung container then haluan ng water.

Kung may suspecha ka na natutuluan ng gasolina yung car body, bantayan mo na lang yung gasoline boy.
Pagkatapos niya mag load ng gas, inspect mo kaagad yung car, tapos punasan pag may gas.

Guys.. Will be getting Honda City VX this month. Any suggestions on how to break in? Also, what are the precautions to watch out for for a brand new car, specifically city vx? Thanks in advance!

I-out of town mo na agad with 4 passengers at paabutin mo ng 150 kph sa highway hehehe (but seriously, this is what I did hehe)

AFAIK 'di na kelangan ng break-in ang GM6 natin. Just make sure to check if everything looks and works well, para ma-point out mo agad sa casa ASAP o sa 1,000 km PMS kung sakaling may problems.

150kph? Baka ako ang ma-break into pieces. Lool! Seriously, somebody told me wag daw i-baby ang bagong sasakyan. Dapat itodo para kung may lumabas na sakit malaman ng maaga. I guess ganun na nga lang.

true, hinataw ko din yung akin sa tplex papunta manaog 170 lang for a few seconds lang pero stable pa din takbo ko. takot lang ako kasi mabilis na. after few days nun ramdam ko mas responsive makina ko. just my feelin... no scientific evidence.

drive to tagaytay with your loved ones or friends, and have a good meal. stay overnight if you like tawilis breakfast.
and avoid alcohol for the designated driver.
