i feel your pain. dalawang gulong ko may ganyang scratch na din (jazz saken) :crying:

hindi nag aayos ng ganyan ang casa. i asked them during my last pms. i haven't tried searching for a shop that can repair that, kaya i'm also interested to know where and how much is the estimated cost of repair.

I went to an autoshop beside Alabang Town Center and accdg to them pwede nman masilyahin then pinturahan nla. Sabe nla it will look like parang walang ngyare sa rim. The problem lng are ung last 2 pictures, malalim kse tlga ang tama. Sabe nla may itatapal lng daw sila dun. But it will take 2 days para gawin nla kse ipapadala pa nla sa pagawaan ng mags sa bacoor. Worry ko is ung warranty, will it be voided pag pnatanggal ko ang mags at ipagawa dun sa shop?

And btw, they quoted me around P1300 per mags. Pwede kong gawin un, problem ko lng talaga is ung warranty. Does it affect it?

Walang effect sa warranty basta wag mo na lang i-disclose sa honda. Napaka minor din naman niyan.

I'm not familiar with mag restoration rates but my advice is to ask other shops too. Baka sobrang taga pala yang 1.3k na yan.

*carefreegirl: Congrats! Pero sorry for the damage. Mukhang malaki yung damage mo sa sidewall nung gulong. Repairable daw ba? Pwede mo naman itry mag file ng claim. Wala naman mawawala sa yo. Feeling ko sabihin mo lang na nagutter mo accidentally. Kung may balak ka iclaim, wag mo muna ipagalaw. Papicturan mo muna sa adjuster.

^May tama pala yung sidewall. Kung sakin lang di ko na iparepair yan papalitan ko na yan delikado eh.

File na ng claim tapos palit na lahat ng may damage na mags at goma. [emoji1]

Used your spare tire instead and make that your spare. If you're lucky that mags and tire will never see the light of day until you have to replace your tires na for wear and tear.

^ doughnut tires na din iyong spare ng honda? so kasama na pala sila sa cost cutting trend ng mga manufacturers (or is it dealers)

carefreegirlee: tama sila mukhang palit na dapat ng gulong kasi delikado ang damage sa sidewall ng gulong

re the repair of your damaged rim/s, you can also check out masterwheels in las pinas ( gather you're from the south anyway). i hear they do pretty decent work in rims restoration

Yes donut spare na talaga.

Naalala ko yung pag market ng SA ko, sabe ko langya bakit steelies at hindi same mags yung spare.

ang sagot niya, safety feature yan sir!

scenario:

imagine na flatan ka, you will put on the spare.

the next day makikita mo na steelies yung nakalagay, dun mo maaalala na you need to have the flat tire repaired.

pero kung same mags yung spare, baka makalimutan mo na may flat tire ka sa trunk.

ang tawa ko ng malakas, mailusot lang talaga.

*carefreegirl AFAIK covered ng warranty pag sidewall, rumekta ka na sa bridgestone.

meron na ata nagpost dito re: warranty sa radials niya.
