    I'm one of those na wala pa rin plaka till now. na-acquired yun unit ko last September 2014. Every other week tinatawagan ko yun SA for update. Wait mode na lang muna ako. ( hanggang kailan)

    Ako last May 2014 ko pa nakuha unit ko up to now wala pa din plaka ko. nagkaka punit punit na nga yung temp plate ko e. hahah.

    Yeah, kulitin mo lang.
    I got my unit JUNE. Pero plaka ko DEC19 last year ko nakuha.
    Until Dec, mga once every other week lang ako nag fa-follow-up. Pero simula nung DEC, MON-FRI ako nagfa-follow up. Weekend lang ako tahimik.
    Also, when you follow up, interviewhin mo yung SA mo. Alamin mo yung "process" nila, and try to fish out more names in thier organization para ma-expand mo yung follow-up list mo.
    I also kept sending emails to HONDAPhil, telling them about how my casa (BGC) is ignoring my plight. Mukhang nakakaabot naman kasi within a day of sending that email, nakakatanggap ako ng response email from somebody within HondaBGC, with an email trail coming from HondaPhil. Tapos, ang ginagawa ko, instead of replying to the contact from HondaBGC, nag re-reply ako sa HondaPhil -- just to make sure HondaPHil is kept in the loop. I don't know if that helped in speeding up getting my plates..but it sure helped me offload my frustration to a lot of poeple.

    As usual heheheheh ****** ina nila di ko pa din nakukuha ang auto. Taena kasi di pa ako nadala sa Alabang na yan. Nakakaubos ng pasensya talaga. Di ko alam kung priority ba nila ako or what. Parang ayoko na kumuha talaga dun gusto ko na magcancel na lang talaga.

    Take your business elsewhere.
    Isipin mo na lang... hindi mo pa nakukuha kotse mo sa dealer na yon, inis ka na. Once makuha mo kotse mo, you'll still have to deal with them when you follow up on your car plates and when you do your PMS (well, pms, pwede ibang dealer...)

    Yaan mo na. Ayoko na. Heheheh. Nagaaksaya lang ako ng panahon e. Ayoko na talaga. Mag bank financing na lang ako para mabilis. Kaso by month of June pa yun. Antagal. Salamat sa mga advice.

    I would recommend you try the webform first. May "format" kasi yung web form. May kutob ako na pag hindi nasundan yung format, i-treat as SPAM yung email.

    So ang mangyayari diyan -- once you submit your "complaint" via the webform, babasahin ng Hondaphil customer care ek-ek yan, then ifo-forward nila doon sa respective officer sa dealer mo. Then yung dealer mo na ang co-contact sa iyo using their own email.

    Initially, doon ako nag rereply sa dealer representative nag email sa akin. Pero napansin ko na wala ding nararatnan.
    So after that, dinaan ko na yung subsequent replies ko sa hondaphil. (Yeah, medyo bastos na yon...pero nakakainis na eh.)

    pahabol --- eventually, tatamarin na yan mag email reply sa yo at tatawagan ka na niyan sa phone.
    Ang ginawa ko, i took down notes/minutes of the phone conversation. THEN ni-email ko yung minutes to the person who called me, CC yung customer_relations.

    May nakakapuna ba sa inyo na sobrang lakas ng vibration ng unit natin specially sa front plastic door panels? Pansin ko kasi kumpara sa ibang kotse walang duda na mas tahimik yung tunong ng makina natin pero yung gapang ng vibration malakas lalo sa door panels to a point na, some of the current city owners complain about the rattling sound sa dash,panels and even sa seatbelt holder. pero sa dash naman hindi ganun ka lakas.

    And even though mabigat at medyo mahirap isara yung door natin, the panels feel very hallow. Im not sure if deadening will lessen or solve this issue but the vibration is something a little bit unacceptable.
