From the illustration above and the way your truck's hit was at the left rear side...clearly it's the L-300 who's at fault....coz if it's the way this L-300 driver said that it's your driver's fault eh dapat ang tama ng truck sa harapan din or sidings...do you have a police report on this?...How did your discussion at the traffic bureau went?...or do you have verbal agreement?

may traffic light dun sa intersection, and naka go ang truck namin while stop yung L300, for some unknown reason inuusad nya yung van niya para yata masagi nung truck ko. wala naman na damage sa truck ko since ang tumama yung rear bumper ko sa signal light niya. kapal nga ng mukha, mag settle nalang daw siya sa 500 petot from a high of 1.5k nung unang asking niya. ano siya hilo? hehehe, paiikutin ko lang yung ogag.i told my driver not to pay.masyado kasing mabait driver ko and nasisindak niya.
