In hindsight to this, anong variant ng Fort yung mga barumbado sa road? From what i've observed:
4x2 diesels (which is a glorified Innova to me) = either barumbado and/or pimped up with blinging wheels on the Metro Manila Streets
4x4 3.0s = pretty agressive when the road is open or on the highways.... palabas pa lang ng toll booth entering NLEX hataw na.
4x2 vvti's - more behaved (because of the cost of fuel?)... hehehe.
The height of the Fort plus its affordability has made it quite visible and popular on Manila Streets thats why its easily noticed when the driver is being a arse.
On the Patrol, i think its more of 8 out of 10 that carry sirens... Nissan should consider making it standard already. :P They're just more expensive thats why its not as ubiquitous as the Fortuner on the A-hole drivers listing.

Dati real elite lang ang SUV the Patrols, the Pajeros, the Landcruisers and the V8 Detroit metals like Expedition and Suburban...

January 8th, 2010 08:44 AM #27Sooner or later those arrogant SUV drivers will find themselves in a not-so-good rollover condition, which is especially true for Fortuners which have really high body roll.
My teenage friend drives his dad's Montero Sport will such similar angst.
He said he aint afraid of body roll because of the SUV's refined suspension, but darn it was refined for comfort, not sportiness, so he better beware.
I wonder why these "entry-level" SUV drivers are so arrogant feeling-bigtime on the street, as if they drive X5s and Panameras, where in reality their Fortuners and Monteros are as common as Vioses on the street...
Tanggap ko pa kung dala nila ay BK Pajero, LC100, Rovers or their similar or higher equivalents.
