    ishashare ko lang yung experience ko sa hyundai shaw since this matter is still active and recent lang,.

    inofferan ako ng hyundai shaw na kumuha sa kanila ng hyundai accent pricing at 778,000php it was last dec. 2010 lang.ngaun ang hyundai shaw ang nag apply para sakin para sa bank financing.then after ilang araw i received a call from their agent stating that approved na ko sa ps bank so they already calling me like everyday to when im going to get a unit so nag closed kami ng deal last december 2010 na kukuha na ko ng accent with a downpayment of 45000php all in dahil according sa knila may promo sila..so dec 6 2010 dineliver na ng agent nila yung unit sa bahay ko..everything went smooth until after 1 month the hyundai shaw started calling me asking na nagkaproblema daw ang approval sa ps bank. sabi nila from 778,000php bumaba daw ang approval ko sa 700,000php na lang so sabi ko sa knila hindi ko kasalanan ang nangyari since ang approval ay galing sa knila. then i offered them na bakit di na lang nila palitan ang unit ko ng mas murang unit para pumasok kami sa approval so sabi maganda daw na idea yun so jan. 20 2011 nagvisit kami ng husband ko sa show room nila sa shaw then we met up with sales manager ngaun naguusap kami tungkol dun sa replacement then nashocked kami ng husband ko sa offer nila. gusto nila na magdagdag kami ng 79,000 pa para makakuha kami ng bagong hyundai accent na ang presyo ay around 588,000 something di na ko cgurado then sabi ko pagiisipan namen..so we left hyundai shaw with disappointment..at night on the sameday nakipag communicate kami kay sales manager na sabi namen sa kanya kung magkano kung hyundai i10 na lang sabi nila magdadagdag pa daw kami ng 49,000 pa ulit.so hindi ko na nagustuhan dahil wala manlang silang consuelo sa client since hindi ko naman kasalanan ang nanyari..

    nakatanggap ng tawag ang assistant ko galing sa hyundai shaw eh that time wala kaming magasawa dahil on the way kami to the province. so my assistant gave me the no. nung tumawag.so i call her up and she told me that she's d general manager ng hyundai shaw. then suddenly nagsisisigaw si general manager stating na isoli ko daw ang unit dahil hindi pa naman daw nakapangalan sakin ang unit so kakasuhan daw nila ako ng carnapping so i was shocked..sabi ko kay general manager panong naging carnapping eh dineliver nyo ang unit sa bahay ko...? then general manager said na magpapapunta daw sila ng pulis sa bahay ko para kunin ang unit..then sabi nya sakin "oh ano natatakot ka na" .... sabi ko sa kanya hindi aKO natatakot......then she hung up.... then huge mistake she did was to actually sent me a text message, general manager said in her txt "We will file a criminal case against you.. That is car napping. Perhaps you can get or consult a lawyer for that in particular! .... so yan po yun exactly sinabi ni general manager sa txt nya..so what i did was hindi ko binura yung txt nya and nagconsult ako sa law firm namen dito.

    so last saturday nagpunta ang lawyer ko sa hyundai shaw kaso hindi hinarap ng GM ang lawyer ko ang sabi ni GM yun legal department daw nila ang haharap sa lawyer ko so ngayon hiningi ng lawyer ko ang number ng legal nagbigay ang hyundai shaw ng number (this is funny) kaso hindi gumagana yun number.so my lawyer got so confused .then my lawyer asked again for a new number then nagbigay sila ulit.kaso this time accounting department so ang ending walang legal department na nakausap ang lawyer ko dahil di nila binigay ang real nos. so my lawyer left them a demand letter that they have to respond in 5 days.so ngaun 3 days na ang nakalipas wala pa ring response so gudluck sa kanila...

    This GM is not thinking straight . . . I just pity those people directly reporting to him.
    So what's the name of the GM for Shaw ... in particular

    grabe naman yung general manager sumisigaw pa at nanakot. ikaw na nga yung bumili at naglabas ng pera sasabihan ka pang carnapping dapat nga wala ka nang sakit sa ulo dahil brandnew binili mo.

    ask your lawyer kung ano pwedeng ikaso mo sakanila.

    mam pls keep us posted kasi ng alam natin how to deal with such kind of dealership. may mga ganyan tao talaga na akala mo eh kaya nila takutin ang customer. did you try to complain also to HARI (hyunda asia resources inc.) i suggest you send a mail to the and i'm sure the will put pressure on that dealer. i had a complaint before with claims at manila bay. sad to say the lady handling the claim doesnt know what she's doing.

    i got fed up and reporte staight to HARI and they were scolded and i was given extra service to cover their faults and mistakes. who knows HARI will ask SHAW to wive the difference for the inconvinence it brought to you...i'm sure they will not win in a legal battle once you pursue a case with them goodluck...

    i agree with this. before resorting into filing a legal action, you better exhaust some possible remedies in order to reach into a compromise agreement. pwede namang idaan sa mabuting usapan yan e. remember, if you are going to file a law suit against them, it would be a hassle on your part-spending money and attending court hearings. but if you will resort into filing a case against hyundai shaw, then, i think they could be held liable for damages for what they did to you.
