Another reckless driver - weaving between lanes dangerously and without using signal lights. He did cut me twice.

Caught this lane-splitting and beating the red light.

Was waiting for the greenlight in an intersection along A. Bonifacio. Am in the rightmost lane of a 3-laner road. Then out of nowhere he squeeze in my right side (by using the gutter) a jeepney soon followed. Then he became impatient and drove on while the light was still red.
