actually, maski makarating kay DTI yan, hindi mapapalitan yan..... for one, ang nakasira is yung foiler, why demand a payment which is greater than the value of the item? maski sa civil cases, hindi pwede yan eh.

the best thing that the foiler can do is to do a backjob, or repaint.

Ang mga pinapawrap lang dapat eh yung mga rare colors na orig paint, lets say mga classic cars na pang show,, pero kung puti lang din naman and everyday car pa, sukdulang kaartehan na yun..

They should accept the repaint, thats the most that they can get.,

Sabi si Jiggy Manicad daw and wife. Seems more plausible to me than the Babaos kasi bakit ififeature sa GMA News TV in such a sinister manner kung hindi naman nila tao yung affected.

Problema lang hindi yata wrap shop gumawa eh, sponsor lang. So hindi siguro marunong talaga yun. Kahit naman si Foilacar may learning curve dati. Natsempohan lang na si Jinggy Manicad ang may-ari ng kotse kaya ang lakas ng loob magdemand ng baong kotse kapalit.

Ano kamo mangyayari kung hindi pumayag palitan ng bagong sasakyan? Demandahan? No. Siraan sa national TV... ganyan ba talaga sa media?
