    i notice those trucks that delivered vegetables in manila from quezon have a big signs.. perishable goods, do not delay.. but still they often fell victims to kotong cops... now i know why... wala siguro silang permit from MMDA.. or maybe paso na kung meron man...

    haha, i remember several years ago when i was working as a subcontractor to a gov't project, one of our sub-subcontractors made a sign on their truck: [SIZE="6"]"DO NOT PROJECT GOV'T DELAY"[/SIZE]
