Torn License Plate-be responsible enough

If I were this owner, I should see to it that I will put a temporary letter/identifier in anyway I could based on available resources. Bottom line is to be responsible enough and not take advantage of the situation..

Dapat bawal yan, else others would just "accidentally tear up" the last digit of their plate to avoid coding.

Give him the benefit of the doubt. It could've happened very recently and the driver may not have known it yet.

Happened to me before. Someone stole my front plate and I only found out about it while cleaning the car the next morning.

Meron ako nakita nakatakip ng acrylic na may tint, di talaga mabasa yung plate, nung matutukan ko sa likod kaya pala di ko mabasa eh wala palang plate sa loob. Wahahaha. istayl...

Nakakapagtaka lang, obvious na ilang taon na yung sasakyan nya pero walang plaka. Napansin ko rin may sticker ng pnp.

malamang yang plates na yan galing sa harap... may ungas na sumabit ang pantalon dyan habang dumadaan sa harap.. sa carens kasi naka usli yung plates sa harap so pag wala kang cover eh malamang sumabit sa pantalon ng dadaan sa harap nyan.. siguro tinuwid nya kaso baluktot pa din kaya sinabitan ng sinabitan hanggang sa maputol na ng tuluyan.. nung maputol na nilipat na lang nya sa likod... may natira pa konti dun sa 1st letter
