    I agree, there should be a fine for tinted plates. Wala sa ayos ang paporma ng mga ganung car owners.

    Ilang beses na akong muntik masabit ng mga heavily tinted vehicles kapag gabi o umuulan... Bakit? Kasi hindi nila napapansin dahil sobrang dilim ng mga mundo nila... Yung iba naman, ang lalakas ng ilaw, ang sakit sa mata... Eh kung light tint nalang kaya ilagay nila... Mga b*b*...

    Mismo. It ranks up there as one of my pet peeves on the road.

    Yung iba naman, magpapatawa na lang gagastos pa. Imagine mirrorized tint on the entire windshield, with just small cutouts for the driver and passenger side view. Yeeeesh.

    Dami kong nakikitang mga sasakyan using tinted plates, lalo na sa White Plains/Ortigas area. Kahit nasa harapan ko lang yung oto, I have to squint real hard just to read the plates.

    You guys realize the tinted plate covers are an effect of the color coding scheme?

    mas ok kung may fine ang mahuhuli at least 1,500. para madala. pati yung mga naka cover ang tail light hulihin na rin.. muntik ko na mabangga sa nlex dahil naka cover ang mga tail lights ng net.. stockings ba yun or net? hehhehehehe!!

    Yes sir, but only if it will make the letters and numbers Unreadable. Eto sabi nila... "The regular plates should be displayed as it is and should not be covered with glass, plastic, acetate, wire mesh or other coverings, which may make letters and numbers unreadable."

    They should also watch the area of Mckinley. Almost everyday may nakikita ako dyan, hindi talaga mabasa kahit nasa harapan ko. Sorry baka tsikoteer ka!
