Hi all. Need your opinion on this some members of another forum received.

    http://musclecarsph.1.forumer.com/in...?showtopic=345

The text was quote: "2 all if u dnt stop inventing stories about muslim couple in taguig will have the funishment 4 u will have our spy n infrmer we got info frm phil musclecar PH mind ur own busines FRM muslim family _mga pare tigil nyo n chsmis forward lng s akin txt kotse lng lets b hapi wag makialam"

supposedly it was sent by someone who claimed to be a foreigner here.

What is the position of the NTC on texts of this nature?

will have the funishment 4 u
Wow, sounds er, enjoyable. Trust this guy to put the 'fun' in funishment. :bwahaha:

If the person who received this feels that there is sufficient cause for alarm, s/he may refer this to the NTC for investigation. Kaso kung prepaid yung ginamit na account, the texter can just throw away the old SIM and buy a new one.

ang ginagawa ko sa ibang scammer is i text back saying na i already reported this matter to NTC, after that no more text received, pero ito ibang level na baka pwede sa NBI na ireport ito.

Advice po me.

Mahirap baka din po alam kung saan nakatira ang tropa ng mga nakatanggap nito.

Mga buy n sell po kaya ang mga nag-text? parang ganun kasi ang basa ko.

If symptoms persist, change your number.

Lol. They sent a text this time thru another number. Somewhat the same but very entertaining nonetheless:

"2 all if u dnt stop inventing stories bout muslim couple in taguig will have d funishment 4 u we have ourspy n infrmer mind ur own busines FRM muslim family_mga paretigil nyo n chsmis forward lng s akin txt kotse lng lets b hapi wag makialam mdamay p tau"

could it be part of halloween you think?

someone said these are people in the used car business...that should answer one of the posters.

wonder why used car peeps would send this?

one spam message from a certain number is harmless at wag nalang pansinin.

pag umulit uli at iba na ang sinasabi, dapat na siguro mabahala.

Last night another text was received by the group. One of the people recognized the number. Do they have a case?

The text was similar and read (spelling was adjusted. could they be lurking? a source claims that they have some friends here. are they the "spies" mentioned? PM for details?)

"2 all,wr gud people bt whoever wnts 2 destroy our name or inventing stories bout muslim couple 4 ur own personal interest im warning u 2 stop and if u continue 2 do so then will have our punishment 4u pls dnt force and provoke us we have spy n informr-muslim family- forward lngs akin txt_mga pare tigilan nyo panira ng kapwa at makialam kotse lng lets b hapi"

another source has recognized another number they used. the plot thickens.

are they also using their religious persuasion as part of the threat?

    your thoughts.

I got threatening text before. Went to the NBI and they are no help. I ended up just changing sims. You can go to the cops and have the text put in the blotter.

Coincidentally just met two people in the same general hobby of cars just this morning and they too have a similar story to tell about the same group. They drove in all the way from Angeles to meet on another subject reagrding cars and what was weird was they brought up the subject of these same set of people.

    Wonder what is happening.
