August 31st, 2017 02:29 PM #1Need you inputs po sa situation ko... Nabangga kasi last month and I signed an undertaking dun sa insurance company nung nakabangga sakin. Yung repair shop nila is in house so sa insurance din na yun ako nagfo-followup.
Problem ko is 1 month na. Hindi pa din umuusad yung repair after almost a month. Na order naman na daw yung parts kaso paunti unti ang dating sa kanila. Hindi din nila ako inuupdate unless i demand for it. Im beginning to think na for some reeasons, dinedelay nila yung repair.
Since medyo matagal nga sa kanila, gusto ko sana na sa insurance ko na lang ipasok maski na I around 20 to 25k ang need ko icash out. Kaso ayaw namang i-cancel nung insurance nung nakabangga yung undertaking namin since naka order na daw ng parts ..
Does it really take that long minsan for the parts to arrive ?

have you handed any money yet to the other guy's insurance? if you feel they are intentionally delaying it, just go to your insurance, po. let your insurance iron out the complications with dealing with the other guy's insurance.
