LTO wants to emulate other countries' traffic system?

One suggestion: Cars that run into people crossing the street outside of a pedestrian lane automatically have no fault. Tapos ang jaywalker pa ang obligadong bayaran ang damage sa kotse. Ganun sa ibang bansa, gawin din ganito dito. Para matakot mga loko-lokong tawid nang tawid.
