I've been a long time postpaid subscriber of SMART and I've noticed since last year up to now that a lot of times (about 2 out of 5 calls) the first time someone rings me up I can't hear him/her. The second time they call I'll be able to hear them. Sometimes when I call someone he/she can only hear me when I drop the first call and make another one. A lot of my friends have had this problem on their SMART units as well.
Has anyone experienced this? Assuming a call is Php 5-6/minute and SMART has X million subscribers, that's a huge revenue stream from dropped calls.

ganyan din sa globe to smart or globe to PLDT landline...
first call you won't hear each other...
2nd call tsaka lang kayo magkarinigan ng caller...

it's not dropped calls ...
last week same multiple text messages received from wifey's smart. not a big deal if you're in the philippines but i'm here in brunei!

Well yeah not really dropped calls but wasted calls I guess. Re: pulse charging nope, it's still a minute for every fraction thereof.

I didn't notice if it happens only on the calls from Globe or Sun. Tingnan ko nga. At first I thought something's wrong with my handset.

I don't know about that. It's just annoying when it happens. Siguro yun nga, dahil unlimited sila the telco is trying to squeeze out more revenue from them. Question is, who's making money, Smart or Globe?

Almost 80% ito nangyayari when a smart subscriber calls me. I thought it was globe who's at fault pero sa smart pala, I just realized it when a family member subscribed for a smart postpaid.

in my case. my 2 sisters use globe. every time they call our smart lines be it the pre paid or post paid line. you won't hear each other on the first call... never misses. been like that for more than a year. but when i make the call smart to globe... first call goes well... don't know which network is at fault.
yung sun well mahina signal dito so talagang dropped palagi, either i go up to the second floor or go out to the garage to get a good signal.
just seen a 10th gen cross 200,000 miles on reddit. is this a unicorn or has the cvt been proven...
