that is the GOVT (LTO) duty, not the skyway... if we the skyway improve the railing, does that mean that those dumb driver won't fall off another bridge or elevated road?

Really? LTO? Do you know sir what LTO means? Metro Manila Skyway System is being operated by Skyway Operations and Maintenance Corporations (SOMco.) which replaced the PNCC Skyway Corporation in its tollway management and other related functions effective 2008. FYI lang sir, SOMCo is in charge of the three major operational functions, mainly: the traffic safety and security, the maintenance of facilities, and the toll collection. So panong si LTO ang may responsibilidad sa pag sasaayos ng railings ng skyway?

Wala na tayong magagawa sir kung corrupt talaga si LTO, i'm just saying that skyway mngt can prevent vehicles falling on to the ground by renovating or improving their fences or railings. Wala naman na tayong pakielam kung bigyan ng LTO ung mga taong mag start lang alam sa sasakyan.
