Skycable service is 24hr in my area. Hope you get better service. Get their names and submit a complaint.

Eventhough they have already reconnected my cable service last night, I am seriously considering submitting a formal complaint in their Ortigas corporate office.

Used to be a skyinternet subscriber a year ago and will rather go without internet than signing up with them again. Mas mabilis pa yung ISP bonanza nung early 2000s compared dun sa broadband service nila, this is in the Makati area pa naman. Numerous calls to their tech line went nowhere. Tapos isa pang pinag-init ng ulo ko is they were charging me a disconnection fee after I terminated my service once the lockup period was up.
