Sino na naka claim sa Meralco?

A whiiiile back, sinabi ng SC na may dapat na makuha na rebate ang consumers sa Meralco from 199x to 199x due to overcharging. Kinuwenta ko ito and it was worth a lot of dough. Kaso parang wala naman nangyayari. The last news I've read was that so many % had already been paid but our households and business have yet to see 1 red cent and its been nearly a decade already!

Pag tumawag ka naman doon they'll just give you a spiel -- basically a runaround/be patient spiel. So sino na ba talaga ang nakakuha nito, paano niyo ginawa, at ano ang requirements?

My gf got a rebate around two (2) years ago. Took her less than a week to claim the cheque. It was around 70-80K.

Me, binawas sa binabayarang electricity bill namin. hindi ba nirollout ito sa lahat?
