my biggest issue against what the LTO is doing is that the video/photo has to be viral before they act on it.

sana may website ang LTO where we can upload photos/videos in private, tapos both the offending party and the owner of the media will be required to report to the LTO.

that way, you'll think twice before sharing a photo since maaabala ka din.
