Baka namanlengke yung Yaya ni Congressman.
When i went to congress before, grabe din yung mga kotseng 8 plate sa parking. I think i also saw one of the Marcos girls in a 2-door benz that time.
Having hawi boys on motorbikes is their way around the rule though since it's hard to tell if a motorbike is a legit law enforcement vehicle or not (without looking for red plates) once you paint it white, put sirens and a couple of blinkers.

Yung sa convoy ni GMA (kahit ayaw natin sa kanya), mali talaga yung Jazz na naki-epal at nag cause ng accident nuon. Pag President, VP (kahit ayaw ko di sa kanya), Senate President, CJ, and House Speaker, they have all the right with their convoys and wang wangs as far as the law is concerned.
I remember an article of James Deakin before. He saw a MMDA enforcer try who tried to stop a car using sirens and back-up and the poor MMDA guy was almost run over. May case din where an SCTEX patrolman ticketed a Fortuner for going over the speed limit and yung Fortuner boy was related to someone in power, a few days later tinawag yung kawawang patrolman to personally return the license and apologize (on his own time and money). Nakakainit ng dugo. These incidents also happened during GMA's time.
