Sir, pls follow up due date of this road improvement construction project, along tatalon access road from mindanao avenue to gen luis, this project is more than a month already and also to the sanitary engineer of valenzuela, pls check and inspect the factory beside on this construction site red color
gate, i think the waste water spillage is from this company no proper drainage, sometimes with light blue color(?) and flowing directly to the construction excavation site. and to all tsikoters beware this access road until the road improvement is finish (KAWAWA TSIKOT MO DITO)
