The Traffic Management Group has been Organized the TASK FORCE WANG-WANG nationwide it is Headed by Chief Supt. Maxmo Dilla Chief Directorial Staff TMG. They created a SUB-Task Force for NCR headed by Maj. Ferdinand Villanueva. If you happen to see the no plate no Travel on the Streets it is also the Task Force Wang-Wang.

The Task Force Wang-ang and I will conduct an operation this coming Friday at Ortigas and Saturday at Quezon City.

i do understand that you want to clear the roads for this blinker using violators. but i dont see any difference since this post was last year pa. still there are a lot that i see on the roads nowadays. so in other words there are a lot of laws out there but the problem is whos gonna implement it?
