hehe, naparami ba yung tanong? i just like to know my rights when it comes to checkpoints. especially hindi natin minsan masiguro kung legitimate checkpoints nga yun or mga bantay salakay. baka kidnappers or holduppers pala mga yun.

if memory serves me right, may pinalabas na guidelines ang pnp for a proper checkpoint. the policemen must be in uniform (well, holduppers and kidnappers can also do that), may patrol car with lights on and flashing, proper signages and must be courteous

more often than not, instinct nalang talaga in determining if it is a proper checkpoint or one of those hulidap or hulinap points
