Noon pa naman bawal yan! Chrome accessories that creates sun reflection ay bawal talaga! Kaya nga ipinag bawal yong mga owner type jeep na naka mirror finish body...

Racing muffler bawal din because of it's sound...ang sakit sa tenga lalo na pag medyo tahimik ang lugar sabay birit ng accelerator...

Fog light ay bawal gamitin kung hindi naman Fog prone ang lugar...iba kse ang glare ng fog light eh...

Dirty Vehicles? hmmmmn! baka naman super duper dumi at di na ma distinguish ang kulay? It's important in identifying the vehicle in case there's an accidents at isama na jan ang mga tinted plate cover...

I am not defending HID users since I dont advocate them without the proper retrofits. I just want this to be done right. Hindi ka pwedeng manghuli ng wala kang basehan. Look at erap, Bumagsak dahil kay chavit na hinuli lang dahil sa wang-wang. If these things would not be implemented without proper laws backing it, baka mag-back fire lang yan. If they are going to ban something like HIDs then ban them all throughout... mahirap yan selective...

And now paano na yun mga naka-halogen lang na hindi properly aligned... ano naman ngayon ang gagawin sa kanila? eh hindi naman sila naka-HID pero nakakasilaw din sila sa kalsada! Paano yun mga jeepneys na halos lahat yata eh hindi aligned ang ilaw?

about HID, "most" oem HID equipt vehicles dont glare. why? "most" are equipped with proper projector kits and properly adjusted etc etc etc. except for those a-holes improperly adjusted their kits.

those hid a-holes that glares oppositely approaching vehicles are "mostly" aftermarket without proper projector kits and improperly adjusted. and sa di maipaliwanag na kadahilanan, insensitive sila!

well most of the HID users sa kalsada are using halogen retrofits instead of the proper HID retrofits. Isa pa lang yata nakikita ko nag-install nito dito sa tsikot. Sa ms thread ko siya nakita.

and about sa equipment for the glaring violation you said, gastos lang yan. baka pagkakitaan pa yan ng gobyerno, overpricing (i hope Pnoy will be different). simpleng speed gun (basta yung ginagamit sa pagmeasure ng speed) halos wala ata ang pulis,(never seen one police officer equipped with a speed gun) which is more useful if ever.but what the hell, heavy traffic is common in the metro.

about sa panghuhuli, pwedeng maglagay ng check points. mataas din ang crime rate tuwing gabi. kaya nga mas marami check points sa gabi kaysa sa araw. or just like what they do during the day, traps and abangers. 24 hours ang Police naten, shift by shift. atleast, more Police visibility is implemented.

a simple violation ticket with higher fees can be produced during the apprehension. confiscate the license also. dont give back the license until the violation is corrected. kung hiniram lang ng nahuli, abala na din sa may-ari.
