OT: I agree with you on this, PUVs contributes heavily to the metro traffic problem. Tino-tolerate kse yung mga ginagawa nila ng mga traffic personnel kaya walang takot magbaba at magsakay, gawing terminal ang mga kanto sa kalsada, magpasingit singit sa mga sasakyan (take note, walang gamitan ng signal lights yan), at kung ano ano pang violation.
