June 21st, 2012 12:15 PM #1Is it true that it is a violation if the company name imprinted on the delivery receipt the driver has is not the same with the company name imprinted on the truck?
It's because that our company happen to share their trucks, both trucks have different name. Our driver were apprehended in pasay by pasay cityhall enforcers and said that penalty for the said violation was 6,000, but if they were to give "lagay" they'll just ask 2,000

Have your truck drivers carry the contact number of your company lawyer if you have any on retainer.
