One way of getting even with the bastard 2nd yr student is pagkatapos mo idemanda ang school niyo, at ma expel ang ogag, fax a copy of the police report or demanda to all the schools you know para wala siyang malipatang school. Make sure he wont be accepted in any school he plans to transfer to. Tingnan natin kung di mapatay yan ng parents niya sa kunsumisyon sa paglipat ng school.

if you can get eye witnesses, and prove that the 2nd year student is involved, administrative actions ang gagawin sa kanya... more or less suspension.. expulsion, depende kung kaya mong mapatunayan na bad character talaga with intent to cause harm talaga....

papadampot sa pulis?.. school parking lot.. bantayan mo.. with the pulis.. paglabas.. hulihin... kakanta yan kung nasan na yung pinsan nyang umupak sa iyo. Basta... magfile ka ng demanda.... and if you can prove na mastermind yung student... isama mo sa demanda.

Get the help of your parents on this. Pumunta ka sa Police station near your school. Tell the desk officer na you need help kasi may sumapak sa iyo at balak mong idemanda. Kaya nga may pulis para hanapin niyo ang gagong iyan, eh. If hindi mo mahanap, ipadampot mo sa school mismo (para mas malaking iskandalo sa part niya).

The school still owns the parking lot and the mastermind is still their student. If ayaw ka tulungan ng school mo, pati sila idemanda mo.

Kung hindi man ma-expel, at least magkaroon ka ng compensation and makuha mo ulit ang dangal mo.
