July 11th, 2019 09:19 PM #24When you give your bank account information by yourself it's one, but there are many other cases when people don't have a clue what's with they're bank account. The scammers, usually, don't take all the money at once but small amounts. There are sites that provide them information about our bank accounts, like rescator.cm (you can find more on this rescator review), and all they have to do is put it on a blank card. Cloning a card doesn't need a lot of knowledge, just the right items that they still buy online. With that card they buy items, e.g from Amazon and sell them for cash. That's, in simple words, the whole proces happening in the back of the banking system.
