Reina Regente st. near 168 Mall in Binondo, Manila. Our truck got apprehended by this cop whom we know does not belong in our area since we pass by the area everyday. In exchange for a violation he offered some gas for his bike to be filled up. The tank we later found out was empty and almost 10 liters was consumed to our dismay. These are the model cops of Manila. Our poor PNP cannot even give our cops gas so they get it from us motorist.

Actually the violation cited was that we have personnel inside the truck
which is a legal violation but the fact that almost all trucks pass by the
area and the number of violators it is clear that we were targeted.

Proof of this is when this rascal was able to fill up at the nearby station
he quickly sped off and never returned to his post. Talagang free gas
lang ang habol ni patola. Sana makarma na lang sya sa mga ginagawa niya.
alam naman natin na kung hindi dito ang singil ay sa kabilang buhay sisingilin
ka rin or worse baka sa loved ones mo pa sisingilin. I had a policeman friend
who was notorious in his deeds and one by one all in his 5 children died either
thru accidents or sickness. Now when we talk to him all he can say is that
sana ako na lang kinuha ni lord due to guilt which will haunt him for the rest
of his life and only death that release him. This is the sad truth about karma so if Patola has a family and loves them then he should know unless he is what most of us call - wala nang kaluluwa -.
