What's the easiest way to get free full tank of gas?

Step 1 : enroll in the PNP and be a policeman.

Step 2 : Apprehend anyone you fancy and get gas free.

It's that easy and this is what Policeman Jaime from Manila does for his motorbike. We were the lucky victims of this Moduc operandi done at
Reina Regente st. near 168 Mall in Binondo, Manila. Our truck got apprehended by this cop whom we know does not belong in our area since we pass by the area everyday. In exchange for a violation he offered some gas for his bike to be filled up. The tank we later found out was empty and almost 10 liters was consumed to our dismay. These are the model cops of Manila. Our poor PNP cannot even give our cops gas so they get it from us motorist.

dude, if you have the details of the policeman and dead serious in pursuing a case against him, you can text or call General Rosales, head of the MPD, sumasagot talaga ito...

pero buti hindi hi octane yung hiningi.

pero i would agree that if you would report that to the MPD chief or to mayor lim, aaksyunan yan.

Ummm... so why did you agree on bribing the cop?

If you don't agree with or there wasn't the violation, just get the ticket & file a complaint at the MMDA Adjucation Board.

i agree with mazdamazda, dapat di nyo kinunsinti. nagpa-ticket na lang kayo kung talagang may violations kayo.
