Need help! I thought of writing a police report from tsikot. I need something out of the ordinary. And of course, the case should have been filed at the police here in Metro Manila. The report I'm going to write on won't be published. Though, I may have to interview people involved. I hope someone can help me. I'm looking for choices other than the M16 incident that I was involved in at UP.
