    of course you can, if there's such a right (baka hingan ka ng copy ng batas na yan, kaya magdala ka). but before you do that, think of what they can invoke in response and if it would be worth all the trouble. lalo na at nasa pilipinas tayo... sobrang imaginative ng ibang pulis/enforcers dyan.
