I think these are species that were left behind in the evolution of the modern day baboon. Definitely baboons are more evolved then the specimens evidenced in the picture.

I just realized that this morning on the intersection of Airport road and Baclaran road (the one going to Maty's)

I was the first car on red waiting for green. When the light turned green I immedietly accelerated to cross the intersection. Then this Pasay TE surfaces out of nowhere, braves the on-coming traffic, and flags me down.

I pull over just before the bridge. He asks for my license. I ask what is my violation.

He calmly told me .......... ANTICIPATING THE GREEN LIGHT!

Oh my Good Lord, para akong sinukluban ng buong kalangitan. Ang BEATING THE RED LIGHT, meron na pala equal and opposite violation.

Instead of arguing with him, I just put my car into gear and drove away. Sumunod ka sa akin hanggang Makati kung gusto mo.

Passed by the same spot earlier today. My idol Pasay TE was still busy flagging down hapless motorists.

    Sarap i-sideswipe ....... I was using a different car.

These bunch of TEs was created with KOTONG as their primary objective while easing traffic to be the lease of the task.

Pwede mong takutin mga yan, puros naman mga kupal lahat mga yan eh. Balikan mo at sabihin mo yung incident na flag down ka nya. Then tell him you have course the issue to the mayor's office since relative ka ni Tony Calixto & chief of police and they were asking your name, so i came back to get your name to complete the report & arrest warrant. Sabihin mo pa may mga video ka sa cp ng mga kotong stops nya. Surely maglulumuhod sa iyo yan. Hayaan mong atakihin sa takot

    Oh? pwede pala yun?

A scheme I would always use is the "lawyer" tactic. Whenever I get pulled over for some stupid traffic offense that I know I did not do, I would argue with the TE and then pretend to call my lawyer.

My better half would be on the other end of the line. Keyword is "attorney, good morning (or evening)". When ever she would hear me say those words, that would be her cue.

The wife is so good at it that sometimes she makes those big, burly traffic retards go pale, sweaty, and profusely apologize to me.

    Works like a charm, everytime.

But, this does not get me a pass to drive like a maniac on the streets. I'm a law abiding slave of this country!

Yung intersection papasok ng Villamor airbase, I was flagged down.
Put the car in gear at ginawang pylon ang TE na humaharang. I don't know, pero mukhang swerving yung violation ko.

That's a good ploy too. Yung barkada ko, si general naman ang ginagamit at the other end is yung tauhan nya. Alam na rin nya ang cue. Hehehe...alam mo talaga pag kotong lang ang habol, nagsosorry pa ang buwaya.
