Kung ilalaban sa korte, kahit ano pang sinulat nila sa parking ticket, they are still liable because they are collecting payment.

i think you can request the insurance company that you want to pay the passenger car rate para mas mura participation (0.5 percent).. mas mahal nga lang annual fee..

I think, mas mahal ang Passenger car since it is more exposed to accidents and passengers are always included in the Premium. Your premium will be calculated based on the Fair market Value of the car. Above 900,000 I think is already a luxury type vehicle. Still depending on Insurance company.
For an ordinary sedan car and with less than 4 years old, the participation is 2000 fixed. But if it more than 4 years old, 2000 + 25% of the cost damage. The older the car the higher the participation costs.

you can claim that as a hit and run.. just provide the necessary papers stating the story of what transpired.. better if you have a report by the mall guard....
problema.. pag nagclaim ka.. the next year.. your premium will go up.

for older cars, 5 yrs and older, it's participation fee + the depreciated cost of parts replaced.Signature

John, you can definitely claim it from the insurance people. Just get a report from RLC and file a matching affidavit.
....... if they do replace your grille, can i have the old one?
