everybody has their own level of tolerance, what may be nothing to you could be very offending to someone.

To the threadstarter maybe, but not to everyone. Posting a comment does not automatically make the issue a 'big deal' to someone. This is a public forum. People are free to post what they want so long as they abide by relatively simple rules.

Different strokes for different folks. If you have a passive personality just letting everything slide then there's nothing inherently wrong with that, too.

i don't have anything against those who reply on this forum, all i'm saying is why don't we just let it be, after all, it happened the other day pa yata. i'm not taking any side, i'm just wondering why the other party isn't replying to all these. maybe he's decent enough or just don't wanna stoop down to kontabulatekid's level? maybe it really isn't a big deal for him. another thing is that we weren't there when it happened, if kontrabulatekid can furnish us with a video and see what really transpired that day well and good. we'll all be enlightened. coz even if he brings this in court nothing will happen if he doesn't have any proof. i'm now challenging both parties to come up with evidences proving that they are right. fair enough i guess.

I just find it puzzling that you claim you are not taking sides but you assume immediately the other party is ABOVE kontabulatekid's level when the other party has yet to respond or make known his position re the incident???

Let us be TRULY fair and wait for him to respond before deciding one way or another. After all, this forum is easily accessible, especially for someone with sufficient wealth and means. I am sure if he is interested in defending himself in this forum, he will be able to do so easily.

I, for one, am interested in this incident as it is a telling commentary of the state of our society today. That we generally accept sh*t happens on the road everyday is what makes it worse. There are so many civilized cities in the world where sh*t does not generally happen everyday - so why do we accept it?

But, as in every incident, there are always two sides to the story. Kontabulatekid has related his. It would be interesting to hear the other party's - if only to make sense of everything and perhaps, help result in an amicable resolution.

just this afternoon while on my way home from work, i passed through tiendesitas to get from julia vargas to ortigas avenue. there was some construction work being done at the ortigas gate and only one lane could be used. ako yung nasa unahan palabas ng ortigas and there was this maroon nissan patrol with plate number VBW547 na papasok naman sa tiendesitas from ortigas avenue. we were both stopped, waiting for the guard's signal para dumaan. so sumenyas yung guard sa akin then nakita ko yung patrol na umabante din. i didn't want any trouble so prumeno ako enough para makadaan itong si patrol. apparently, the driver didn't like idea so he gave me the finger. naburat ako so hinabol ko yung patrol. he stopped at a construction site and even tried to sideswipe my car. then lumabas sya at hinamon ako ng sapakan.

i sensed that he was probably the contractor for that site and that the construction workers there were his people kaya i didn't step down. instead, i talked to him asking why he gave me the finger. sabi nya i deserve it daw kasi people like me deserve to get that treatment daw. so i told him na sinenyasan ako nung guard para pumasok and i dont understand what i did wrong. apparently, sinenyasan din daw sya nung guard para pumasok. so in that case, i told him, pareho tayong sinensyasan so why did he have to give me the finger. he insists that i deserve it.

hmmmm.. walang nagb-blame sa guard? he put you guys in that situation, baka hindi maayos yung senyas. based on experience, hindi naman lahat pero medyo me pag-slow din kc minsan ang mga yan
