    why MC? diba as good as cash yan? company/personal check nalang para may clearing pa na 3 days. or just shoulder the interest sa amortization. at least di sayang cost of money just like what ILuvDetailing mentioned

    sensya na kayo... di ko kasi masyado kabisado lugar sa metro manila.. it's either in libis or ortigas (or isa lang yun or walang nissan dun.. hehe.. di ako sigurado sa lugar..pakikorek na lang).. basta based on the footage i saw, there's a big sign that said NISSAN GALLERY... and yung boss nila dun is a certain Mr.Johnny (Uy or Yu)...

    Yup its as good as cash thats why its prefered by dealers over company/personal checks, just don't put "cash" on the payee, instead put the dealers name.

    Mga tol,
    hindi naman siguro ako kakasuhan nito ng dealer na ito. pero napanood ko kagabi sa TFC and dealer daw ng nissan na ito ay sa Libis (?) as what I have heard on the TV. Yun din nga sana ang gusto ko matanong. Ano, meron bang magic dito?

    oh..nissan gallery ortigas,e....only one in the area, under the flyover...

    i've been there once....binastos ako..kelangang ma-investigate na nga yang nissan na yan...buti nalang wala ung manager,kung di baka masampal ko sila ng 1 booklet ng MC(booklet lang)...

    mukang mas ok pa sa quezon ave,pero mukang 1 owner lang..kaya ayaw ko na din dun,e...

    Because your much safer in negotiating a managers check than cash. The manager can put the cash in his pocket while the MC can only be negotiated under the payees name (deposit sa account). If a certain bank (drawer bank) negotiated the check under second endorsement ang mananagot bangko. bawal po iyon.

    Sa personal check, firms are doubtful if your checking account has sufficient balance. sa managers check mas safe sila. Pwede rin mag hintay ng clearing pero between a buyer and a seller lagi niyong tatandaan KALIWAAN LAGI.
