Pauwi na kami ng mag-iina ko and i'm making a left turn on an intersection when suddenly a loud thud on the passenger side and I saw a woman suddenly banging the hood with her small shoulder bag. Napasigaw na lang ako ng "Uy wag naman!" pero nakasarado bintana so mga dalawang beses nya pinalo yung hood at tumuloy lang na sa paglakad palayo na may sinasabi ata . Di ko lubos maisip bakit nya ginagawa yun eh wala naman akong nasagi at clear naman yung right side ko 5 seconds ago. Tinitigan ko mabuti yung babae sabi ko parang deranged/crazy/mentally ill so napa kamot nalang ako sabay alis hoping nothing dented or deeply scratched sa sasakyan.


Upon arriving home ni-check ko yung hood at side door. yung side door sinipa nya pala yung sa may hinge resulting in deep scratches at dalawang dent dun sa hood ayun kamot ulo ulit.... pwede ba ito i claim sa insurance?

Wala akong makitang reason na hindi pwede i-insurance yan. Tell them sinipa at hinampas yung sasakyan mo, hindi ka syempre bumaba for safety reasons.

Better call your insurance company.

Haha! Best advise. That first scratch... Give it some time and it will be OK.

Or you can shop around sa labas, mas ok kesa sa casa. I think 3-4k per panel, maganda na yung quality.

Edit: 2 panels pala, so mas mura sa insurance yan.

i was thinking maybe her path was blocked so rage quit si ateng

If this happened in BGC, most likely you blocked the ped xing lane. Matatapang mga tao dun kasi pedestrian are priorities.

Assuming may OD kay, execute an affidavit and file with your insurance company. Take note baka mas mahal pa participation fee mo kay sa damage.
