There is another video that the guy was being interrogated at the police station handcuffed. He will not answer but keep making weird gestures. Probably feigning insanity. Baka tsikoteer.

Hindi naman daw nagbababa ng pasahero sa gitna ng Commonwealth yung UV express.

Note: yung video na nagbababa yung van ng mga tao, hindi yun dahil nagbaba sya ng pasahero. May una pa kasing pangyayari na hindi navideohan. Una na kaming binangga sa tagiliran. Tapos non hinabol yung suspect para kausapin. Nung naharang na yung suspect, takot ang mga pasahero kaya nagsibaba na kami. Then don nag start ang pag video.”

If above is true, then mukhang may-sala talaga yung Patrol.

yung mga pasahero at bystanders pwede magdemanda...... matatauhan yan pag malaki-laki danyos perwisyo na ibubunot....

kung meron kaalitan sa kalsada or kinaiinisan eh make a plan..... "the perfect crime"....

copy the plate number..... imbestigate saan nakatira or work...... tapos doon ka na gumanti..... wag sa mismo araw.....

and be alone..... but you need to be wary of cctv...... so put stickers to alter yung plates and make your face/body unrecognizable.....

bring steel spikes.... be an ely pamatong...
