    I received a text message from a good friend of ours that may have concern especially who drive vehicles at night.

    Text message edited for forum use:
    If driving night time & you see a car without headlights, don't flash your lights, blow horn, or signal the other driver of the other car. There's a new gang initiation going on the streets. New member drive without lights until someone notices it & makes some action to signal him. The gang member is now required to chase the car & shoot at it in order to complete his inititation rights, and be accepted into the gang.

    Yan nga rin ang tinanong ko agad dun sa source kung may nabalitaan na victims, wala pa naman daw. But this kind of stories were never blottered for records. So we don't have that basis yet.

    diba movie yan? not sure kung Urban Legends part 1 or 2.

    ang dami pa naman ditong ayaw magsindi ng ilaw pag madilim na, especially mga owners and PUJs and tricycles! sometimes, kunwari hindi ko sila nakikita, magovertake ako, pagmalapit na ako tapos hindi ko pa sila iniiwasan, bigla silang mag sindi ng headlights! mga kupal talaga, akala siguro nila sisingilin pa sila ng PPA ng meralco kapag nagbukas ng headlights.

    You can check out the authenticity of stuff like this in sites like www.urbanlegends.com, www.snopes.com, or www.truthorfiction.com.

    I think the above is fiction.

    Hay nako karamihan ng jeep at tricycle puro kuripot. ayaw magbukas ng headlights....wala kasi silang idea kung gano kadelikado ung ginagawa nila.

    ano kaya may napagtripan silang habulin yun pala rally driver....humabol kayo kung kaya nyo..hehehe :D

    urban legend lang po ito...

    pero nakakaasar talaga yung mga tao na ayaw mag headlights pag gabi.

    kagabi lang 2 ganito na encounter ko. 1 sa SLEX at 1 sa Alabang-Zapote. Nakakainis kasi nag overtake ako, di ko kagad napansin na may kotse dun sa lane dahil walang headlight.
