New king of the road... UV express vans

Madalas pag pa-Makati ako, i take this UV Express via SkyWay. Pag na-flag down ng TE yung van for a violation , they have this code na "Boss, kay supremo ito!" or "Sige ka, isusumbong kita kay Supremo." The TE would just wave-off, & let go of the van.

Now, who's that Supremo na may timbre or patong ata sa mga pulis & TEs?
