August 26th, 2009 07:29 PM #23Another would be when my uncle was driving on a national highway, where there should not be any tricycle crossing or using such road as per rule. He hit a tricycle that came from nowhere and quickly blocked his path. The investigator said my uncle is at fault even though the victim's vehicle is not supposed to use the highway and he has no license.

July 8th, 2017 01:55 PM #24Reviving old thread. Question lang in relation sa topic. Yun driver did not show his license, instead violation receipt tapos 3 months na overdue. Considered na ba na driving without license yun?

July 8th, 2017 02:02 PM #25hindi po valid i.d. ang violation receipt. and sa pagkakaalam ko, any violation should be settled as soon as possible or within a week lang. Kung nasagi kayo tapos walang maipakitang proper documents, call the police. may possibility na naexpired na yung d.l. niya within those 3 month duration.

July 9th, 2017 02:27 AM #27maybe. maybe not. it's up to the authorities to decide.
but that does not automatically make him the guilty party in the altercation. it simply means, he did not present his license.
as someone once said, "not having his license with him during the altercation, does not mean he also left his driving skills home or with his other pants".Last edited by dr. d; July 9th, 2017 at 02:32 AM.

July 10th, 2017 12:01 PM #30Nope sir. Filed a case against someone na nakabangga sa misis ko. Medyo nabwisit yun pulis since uncooperative yun driver. Violation receipt lang pinakita and medyo nakakaduda yun receipt. Malabo at hindi mo mabasa lahat in info.
Btw according to witnesses eh nakalingon dun sa nilampasan na tindahan yun driver.
Tsaka...
