If ever ma locate yun offending party at may insurance, ipa reimburse mo nalang ang repair bill. If no show si 2nd party hindi nya marerehistro that car, may alarm sa hpg and you need to mediate to resolve the issue. Wala magagawa ang police dyan kundi aksyunan since may complainant, u just need to followup.

Highly unlikely for a Mercedes Benz to be not insured ... it's possible that the driver of the vehicle is the child of the owner ... so declare to owner that it was a hit and run at parking lot ... to avoid being chastised and banned from ever "borrowing" parent's vehicle ... or even banned from driving by parents ...
