I almost hit a motorcyclist in Edsa who cross my path one day buti na lang at kontrolado ko speed,
they don't mind it anyway as if nag mamadali rin sila the two riding in tandem wear a law enforcer uniform with pistol and rifle at their back. Napansin ko na walang helmet.
I also observe na marami palang katulad nila wearing black shirt as their uniform na walang helmet. If they're job called for this kind of situation (not to wear helmet) the more they will be on risk riding in our street.
