I think OT na into dito, but a few years back, traffic in that area around 4pm, a man w/ a knife went around checking cars w/ open windows or doors. He found one & stuck a knife to this lady's throat. She gave everything to him. He didn't bother to run away, just walked casually & climbed off the bridge.
