The traffic enforcers of Ayala Alabang do not enforce coding. Only traffic and parking.
+1 yan din ang alam ko

Correct, walang 10am-3pm window ang Las Pinas. 7am-7pm ang coding sa Las Pinas (along Zap-Alabang Road) pero ang alabang ay sakop na ng Muntinlupa so, the 10am-3pm window is in effect. And then again, in that vicinity covered lang would be Alabang-Zapote road and not commerce avenue.

Naisahan si hubby mo if the vioaltion they were citing is yung sa coding.

Sa pagkakaalam ko, Makati and pasay have no coding windows. Las Pinas also just implemented this 1 or 2 months ago.

Private property ang Filinvest. so dapat walang MMDA dito. wala rin coding. as long as hindi ka pupunta ng Alabang-Zapote road dapat walang problem sa pag kakaalam ko.

    1. If you have a complaint about the ticket being given to you, you can file a protest with the MMDA regardless of who is the apprehending officer (MMDA, MAPSA, PNP-TMG, LGU TO, et.c). You can even text the MMDA hotline (0920-9472116) to report them.

    2. The fine for violating color coding (if there is no 10-3 window indeed there) is less than 500 pesos.

    3. Bribing traffic enforcers becauase "ayaw ma hassle" is a lame excuse really. We complain about corruption yet we are the ones feeding it.

that would be the area just before Honda Alabang (if you are coming from Las Pinas). Kaya sa umaga, dyan naka-abang active ang mga pulis sa panghuhuli ng color coding violators.
